Timothy Eades

Chief Executive Officer, Everyone.net

Timothy Eades was most recently VP of Market Strategy, Operations and Branding at BEA Systems which was acquired by Oracle. Prior to BEA Systems he was SVP of Sales and Marketing at Sana Security, a leader in the consumer security market driving distribution relationships with Symantec, Trend Micro, Earthlink and Lenovo.
 
Before Sana Eades was Senior VP and GM of Corporate Marketing and Products Division for Phoenix Technologies, a global leader in device-enabling and management software products for PCs and other user-driven connected digital services. Eades began his career as a business analyst for Dun & Bradstreet. He then served in various roles for IBM in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, including managing new business and a brand marketing role for the Personal Systems Group. In 1998, he moved to IBM Worldwide to assume several roles, including Worldwide Personal Systems Group program director.
 
Eades holds advanced degrees in business, international marketing, and financial analysis, primarily from Solent University in England.

Charles Beeler

General Partner, El Dorado Ventures

In December 1999, Mr. Beeler joined El Dorado Ventures from Piper Jaffray Ventures, where he was one of three investment managers operating the Piper Jaffray Ventures Technology Funds. His early venture capital experience was at Scripps Ventures, where he helped design and implement an Internet investment strategy for a newly formed $50 million fund.
 
Mr. Beeler received a BA in Economics from Colby College and a MBA in Entrepreneurial Studies from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Sean Foote

Partner, Labrador Ventures

Before joining Labrador Ventures, Mr. Foote was most recently at Scripps Ventures. He currently is active on the board of directors of ezboard, Inc. and Green Border Technologies. Before venture investing, Mr. Foote was a manager with the strategic management consulting firm, Boston Consulting Group, working in a wide range of industries such as telecom, computers, healthcare, banking, and automotive, on topics ranging from strategic alliances to Internet strategies.
 
Mr. Foote received his BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri Rolla and a MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden Graduate School of Business, where he received the Shermett award granted to the top 3% of students.

Patrick Gordan

Managing Director, Leader Ventures

Mr. Gordan is responsible for Leader Ventures' investment efforts on the West Coast. He is also a Managing Director of Dominion Capital Management. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Business Development for ShoppingList.com, Inc., a venture-backed start-up. He previously served as President and CEO of Paragon Electronic Systems, Inc., a leading backplane manufacturer, and President of Cima Capital Group, where he concentrated on investment opportunities in the technology and healthcare services sectors.
 
Mr. Gordan holds an M.B.A from Stanford Business School, where he was an Arjay Miller scholar, and an A.B. in Social Studies magna cum laude from Harvard College, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Michael Rose

Mr. Rose has more than 15 years of domestic and international management experience in technology and consumer oriented businesses.

Prior to joining Everyone.net, he was co-founder and principal at SAVID LLC, a consulting firm providing market development and product strategy services for firms ranging from Fortune 500 to start-ups.

Previously, Mr. Rose was on the executive management team at DIVA Systems. As vice president of corporate and business development, he was responsible for strategic partnerships, private equity funding, and M&A activities. In addition to his experience at DIVA, Mr. Rose was in the strategic marketing group for Online Banking at American Express and Corporate General Manager at Fresh Western Foods.

He holds a BA from UC Berkeley and a MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
