Timothy Eades

Chief Executive Officer, Board Member

Timothy Eades was most recently VP of Market Strategy, Operations and Branding at BEA Systems which was acquired by Oracle. Prior to BEA Systems he was SVP of Sales and Marketing at Sana Security, a leader in the consumer security market driving distribution relationships with Symantec, Trend Micro, Earthlink and Lenovo.
 
Before Sana Eades was Senior VP and GM of Corporate Marketing and Products Division for Phoenix Technologies, a global leader in device-enabling and management software products for PCs and other user-driven connected digital services. Eades began his career as a business analyst for Dun & Bradstreet. He then served in various roles for IBM in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, including managing new business and a brand marketing role for the Personal Systems Group. In 1998, he moved to IBM Worldwide to assume several roles, including Worldwide Personal Systems Group program director.
 
Eades holds advanced degrees in business, international marketing, and financial analysis, primarily from Solent University in England.

Michael Benham

Vice President of Finance & Administration

Benham brings more than 20 years of finance experience in the manufacturing, retail and technology arenas to Everyone.net. Prior to joining Everyone.net, Benham served as chief financial officer (CFO) at Homes.com, Inc., a technology-based marketing company for the real estate industry. Previously, as CFO of Virtual Rain, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of irrigation equipment, he was integral in procuring early stage funding, managing an acquisition and the operational start-up phase of the Company. Before that, Benham served as corporate controller for Automatic Rain Company and held a variety of financial management positions at Varian Associates, Inc. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Santa Clara University.

Larry Abrahams

Vice President, Engineering & Operations

Abrahams brings more than 25 years of experience in delivering industry leading business, consumer and developer software applications, tools, and platforms to Everyone.net. Prior to joining Everyone.net, Abrahams was vice president of engineering at ActiveGrid, a startup providing a Web 2.0 platform for the enterprise. Previously, Abrahams served as senior vice president of product development at Blue Titan Software, delivering infrastructure for SOA-based Web services networks. Before that, he served as senior director at Sun Microsystems, where he was responsible for the Java Platform (JDK) and later, identity products and standards. Prior to Sun, Abrahams also held positions at Apple Computer and Prodigy Services Company. Abrahams began his career at Western Union and Switchco, working on networking infrastructure and applications. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the State University of New York at Albany.

Wayne Lewis

Chief Scientist Emeritus

Lewis joined Everyone.net in January 1999 and has managed the continuous advancement of the company's email and messaging service architecture as its capacity grew tenfold year over year. Prior to being named chief scientist emeritus, Lewis served as chief architect and chief technology officer at the Company. Previously, Lewis studied and implemented novel radar and ultrasound imaging algorithms as a researcher at the University of California at Santa Barbara. He also developed large-scale discrete-event simulations at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Lewis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in computer engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

Libby Gruender

Director of Client Services

Gruender brings more than 12 years experience in customer relationship and technical program management to Everyone.net. Prior to joining Everyone.net, Gruender was Program Manager for aeronautical engineering firm, ANPC, which designed airplane landing guidance and surveillance systems and worked directly with customers FAA and NGS. Previously, Gruender served as Program Manager for CPU Technology developing F-16 SOC solutions for on-board radar and F-18 onboard flight computers. Before that, she served as Customer Program Manager for DIVA Systems managing development and commercial release of VOD set top box solutions as well as head-end servers for both Motorola and Scientific Atlanta based solutions for top cable providers, Charter Communications and AT&T. Gruender also served as both Manager and Program Manager at Lockheed Martin overseeing launch of satellites and rockets for various government programs. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in physics from Florida State University and a Master of Science degree in telecommunications management from Golden Gate University.

David Jacang

Director of Sales

Jacang brings more than 17 years of sales and account management experience to Everyone.net. Jacang joined Everyone.net in 1999. Prior to leading the sales effort for the ISP, Telco and Cable segments, Jacang established and managed the account management and customer service organizations at Everyone.net. Previously, Jacang was responsible for account management of sales organizations at Williams Telecommunications, Wind River Systems and Infoseek for CRM solutions provider Endpoint! Marketing Systems. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University.

Steve Windsor

Director of Network Operations

Windsor brings more than 15 years of high availability, network operations experience in the Software-as-a-Service space to Everyone.net. Prior to joining Everyone.net, Windsor managed the network operations of Appshop, which served ORACLE applications for customers as a 24x7 hosted service. Windsor managed the transition of Appshop's network infrastructure and online client operations during a buyout by USI which was subsequently purchased by AT&T. Previous to Appshop he founded, an independent hosting operations company, managed it to profitability and sold it to OpSource. Windsor was also responsible for architecting, staffing and overseeing the network operations for numerous startups in Silicon Valley including Placeware and UpShot. He has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics From the University of Washington and a Master of Business Administration degree from Arizona State.
